We as consumers are bombarded with magical weight loss solutions everyday. Some of us will try anything and unfortunately will get suckered into purchasing this magical solution. It doesn’t work and we waste money over and over again. Yet somehow that hope still exits in the back of our head that it will work so we try again and waste more and more of our money. Along with wasting our money it hurts us psychologically. We get up the hope that our life is about to change and that we will have more confidence and a better body image. We also hope to get off the prescription drugs we are taking and make our bodies healthier from the inside out. We all want something easy and a pill seems like the perfect answer. Well, guess what. Your magic pill is here. It is called Alli (prescription form is Xenical) and is going to be the first weight-loss drug sanctioned for over-the-counter sales. The FDA advisory panel approved it and the FDA usually follows the recommendations of its advisory panel. Alli will help you lose weight and keep it off for good. It works by blocking about one-quarter of the fat in the food you eat from being digested. All you have to do is consume a pill every time you eat fatty food. This pill prevents your body from absorbing the fat and therefore prevents you from getting fat. It is recommended that you follow a restricted diet with 30% or less of your calories from fat while taking Alli. The results from Alli will be amazing. Are you wondering when this drug is going to become available?? What I didn’t tell you were the negative side effects of Alli. We tend to only read the good stuff and not look into the magical solution any further than that. Well, please read carefully. Alli can cause gas with oily discharge, an increased number of bowel movements, an urgent need to have them, and an inability to control them, particularly after meals containing higher amounts of fat than are recommended. Exercise can be done for longer than a 2 year period without any negative side effects. In fact, the only side effects you will experience from exercise will be lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, reduced insulin levels, decreased fatigue, decreased FAT, decreased weight, increased metabolism, increased energy, increased self confidence, more productivity, better sleep, etc. The list goes on and on. I think those are the only side effects you are looking for in the magic pills. Everything you are looking for as a MAGICAL SOLUTION is found in exercise and healthy eating habits.
