thing, you want to familiarize

basic terms involved in a

important term you need to
know is the role of the metabolism.
The metabolism includes all
of the chemical changes that
nutrients go through from
the time they are absorbed
until they become a part of
the body. You simply only
want to burn fewer calories
than what you consume, but
not too few. Too few will
slow down your metabolism,
making every calorie you eat
above maintainance turn into
ugly fat. You also need to
become familiar with the terms
proteins, fats, and carbohydrates,
which are the other three
important terms when it comes

first starting a fat loss
diet, controlling your appetite
is very tough. It is not easy
to switch to eating a healthy
diet when your previous diet
